| Multi-Sport Coaching
Doing your first 5K or preparing to compete in another triathlon racing season? Britfit will program your own individual training plan for your event. Plans can be designed for all distance run and triathlon races from sprint to Iron Man Distance. Plans are sequenced using a periodized approach. We aim to get you to the big day prepared and ready to take on the challenge. Our aim is to educate you in all the areas needed to make your day a successful one.

*This cost includes your program and weekly contact with your coach via email and phone for follow up on your training sessions.
Other services available • Swim stroke instruction: Meet for a group/shared or one on one session, rates vary depending upon numbers in group.
